Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices are in US dollars, Canadian dollars or Euro, but  your order will be charged in US dollars at checkout. Prices are subject to change however we offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment on items purchased within 14 days where by the price of the item was regular price. Availability displayed on our product pages may change after you have completed the checkout process, as it is during this time that our system obtains updated inventory levels for the product(s) you have selected. Availability displayed on our web site is only an estimate, and is subject to change.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Due to the nature of our products we can only accept returns if the product is un-opened and in its original package. We cannot accept returns for any item with a broken seal or that has been used. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

Orders cancellations.
Order can be cancelled while it is in process, before it has been submitted to shipping carrier.

Shipping
We ship our products worldwide. No matter where you live, your order will be shipped in time and delivered right to you. The packages are packed with care, so the ordered products will arrive to you safe and sound, just like you expect them to be.

USA customers. USA orders shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking number. All orders US$800 and under are tax and duty free, and will be shipped by USPS first class or priority service from Niagara Falls, NY, USA. Standard delivery is from 3-7 business days.

CANADIAN customers. All orders will be shipped through Canada Post with a tracking number. Shipping time is 1-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL customers. All orders will be shipped by air mail to the respective national postal service. Shipping time is within 7-20 business days. Any additional Customs and taxes as levied by your customs and postal carrier is the buyer’s responsibility.

Completed orders usually ship within 1-3 business day. A separate shipping confirmation message will be emailed to you once your order has actually shipped.
Be sure to doublecheck your address, we are not responsible for any lost or delay if your address is incorrect. The buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
In warmer climates the body and hair butters may arrive to you melted. This only affects the appearance of the product, but does not affect the product itself. If this is a problem to you, stick it into the refrigerator until it hardens.
In colder climates semi-solid oils will arrive to you in solid form. This is the natural state of the oil and there is nothing wrong. When you are ready to use it, stick the bottle into warm water until it softens or store it in a warmer area.

Taxes:
Customers who order from Canada in provinces that participate in HST will be charged their respective rates:

• New Brunswick – 15%
• Newfoundland & Labrador – 15%
• Nova Scotia – 15%
• Ontario – 13%
• Prince Edward Island – 15%

Customers in provinces that do not participate in HST will only be charged 5% GST – Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Quebec, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan & Yukon.
Customers who are picking up orders must pay Ontario’s 13% HST even if they are not from Ontario. The taxes will be charged when the orders is processed.

User Agreement: Customers should purchase products from Best Natures Cosmetic with a clear understanding that they are not intended and should not be used as a substitute to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease.
