Return Policy

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

Our policy at Green Woman Store is to keep all of our customers very happy.

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy for most of our items.  Examples of items that may be non-returnable are jewelry, perishables, etc. Please see the More Information on each product to see the return policy specific to that item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

Contact us by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss returning an item. Returned items must be undamaged,  unworn, and unopened with tags still attached. You will receive a full refund of the retail price including tax for all items eligible for return.

You, the customer, are responsible for paying all shipping costs, including the return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your purchase is received damaged or defective:

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item for a full refund of the retail price, tax, postage, and the return shipping costs.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE TO GREENWOMANSTORE.

You will receive instructions to return the item directly to the Woman Entrepreneur who shipped it to you.

Steps for Returning an item:

No returns are accepted unless return is preapproved by GreenWomanStore.

Step 1: Email or call GreenWomanStore’s Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your item for a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number.”

Step 2: GreenWomanStore will give you an Return Merchandise Authorization Number for returning your item.  We are happy to contact the Woman Entrepreneur on your behalf if we cannot answer any questions or issues you might have.

Step 3: You will mail the item and your Return Merchandise Authorization Number to the Woman Entrepreneur in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged, and with tags still attached.  As stated above, you, the Customer, are responsible for paying all shipping costs including the return postage, unless the item was received damaged or defective, or was incorrectly shipped.

Step 4: When your purchase has been received by the Woman Entrepreneur, GreenWomanStore.com will credit the Credit Card or PayPal account you used for your purchase.
