To measure your wrist use a seamstress measuring tape or if you don’t have one use something you can easily wrap around your wrist then use a ruler to see how many inches it is.

Diluting Essential Oils
When diluting the essential oils use an organic carrier oil such as jojoba, do not use water. 1% Dilution 1 oz (30 ml) add 5 – 6 drops of oil 2 oz (60 ml) add 10 – 12 drops of oil 1% dilution is used for children under the age of 12, seniors over 65, pregnant women. Also those dealing with a long term health issue and those with immune health issues. For those who are sensitive to fragrances or other odors this is a good place to start. Recommend for those who are new to using essential oils.
